Windows Vista 64-bit showing 3.25GB RAM instead of 6GB

I upgraded my comp today from 4 gb ram and windows xp to 6 gb ram and vista 64 bit.
I did a clean install.
In the bios it shows me having 6 gb of ram and CPUZ shows me having 6 gb but windows vista says i only have 3.25 gb.
I checked my BIOS and i have the current update.

I have Intel Core 2 Dou e4400
(2x1) gb ram (2x2) gb ram dual channel
MB Dell Inc. 0RY007
gerforce 7900 gtx video card
