Gateway computer stuck at the configuration screen and keeps shutting down

My Gateway Laptop was on the configuration stage 3 0f 3 and I accidently shut it down. Now it stops loading at the configuration screen, shuts down and start the process over again. It continues to do this until I turn the laptop off.

Were you doing an install of OS ?
Accidental or not, you commited a nono but shuting down !
Hard telling what shape your OS is in, but
Try safe mode, Disable auto restart, last known good configuration or possibly Windows System Restore, or;
You will probably have to use bcdedit to look for a reference to setup, and remove it. But backup any file you decide to modify.
