AMD 5000+ BE multiplier Q.

ok, i have ECS a780G and the amd64 50K+ BE. I tried OC through its bio and it just wont boot up. I start with very minimal settings, i just couldn't get it to work. i read about this mobo not being so friendly on Oc'ing so they used AMD overdrive

I downloaded AMD overdrive and all i did was raise the multiplier from 13x to 15x. i got 3GHz with no voltage increase. The temperature doesn't really change much.

the computer has been running fine, i play games and everything seems to be working good.

is it ok for me to just raise the multiplier in AMD overdrive and not have any problems?... i ran prime95 for 35 minutes and everything worked fine. thank you

When I ran prime95 at 15X, it gave me warning and shut the WORKER down. No errors, just warning, but something is amiss. That is good that you got it working well.
