Weird Intel dg33fb Mobo

hi to everyone..im just new here..im just wondering why the voltage increment/decrement selection in the chipset configuration was suddenly gone.when i select manual for the memory timing before the voltage selector will appear but now its gone even if i try to reboot the bios and change automatic to manual..anyone encountered the same problem..tia
