Ok trying to figure out what to do with this IDE port?

My first option I was thinking probally leaning towards the most is adding a second optical drive. Currently I have a..

If I go with this option which should I go with?

RAID is not an option cause my board.

Third Option Do nothing with it and save lil space used by slightly bulkier cable.

Other suggestions are welcome.. Im a bit of a newbie. So If I said something stupid don't blame me.

^You forgot round IDE cables.

 

Get a second HDD.Either way get some round IDE cable like this (its only $3):
