I took out the video card put in this rig worked fine? Could this be a MB problem? The parts are A8N-E MB,4200X2,PQI 1GB,7600GT,TT430PSU.

Sounds like a RAM issue to me. Anytime I have had this issue it is the failure to detect the ram. They say in a few places it could be the video, but I have never witnessed that.

Well I got it sorted out..Took all Hardware out of case.Fired up on bench and it booted fine! Don't know where it was grounding but reinstalled and all is fine.I do have problems running the PQI sticks.Get the dreaded beeps no boot thing every time.Did access Bios to correct settings for PQI memory but did not help, wont work witch is too bad because they are 2x1GB set.The OCZ that works are 2x512 set.Oh by the way Thanks for your help every one!
