Ok now i have had about enough of this garbage this is the 2nd time I have a stick die on me at ref volts and not even overclocked .I was wondering anyone else have this happen ? I might just sell all this garbage off and get some 1150mhz OCZ reapers they don't seem to die as often ...

How good is your power? Are you using regulated power? Do you have brownout/blackout problems? What motherboard do you have? Are you overclocking? How about heat issues?

I retail sell and highly recommend Crucial products and so far have yet to have any issues personally or with customers regarding Ballistix PC2 8500 or Ballistix Tracer for that fact. I find this very weird.

Yes you need to give us your mobo model.

If its an earlier revision 680i board...., there's your problem. Get Patriot memory they tend to be pretty immune to the voltage fluctuations of the 680i series.
