This may not be the right place to post this, but I am asking for anyone who has dealt with Thermaltake tech support.

For the past two weeks I have RMAed two power supplies to them, and both times they pretty much handed me a broken device. I don't know if they are wasting my time or not, but if you have dealt with them in the past, should I just stop bothering after two times or is there another way?
