I might buy a Gigabyte GA-P35C-DS3R and use it with E8400, does it goes.
 
 
 
Should I go for another MB, if so, which would you suggest I use with E8400?
 
 
I have no need for OC or gaming.
My budget for MB, is around 150-200$

Gigabyte P35 DS3L or P35 DS3 is enough if u dont want to use DDR3 and RAID

DS3L or IP35 Pro

i got the p35c-ds3r for the future upgrade to DDR3.  It's a good board, took my e6750 to 3.5 with stock voltage. If i had it to do over again, I might have gotten a board with crossfire or SLI capability.  if you don't care about RAID, don't plan on moving to DDR3, and want to save a little cash, the other boards these guys recommend will do fine.
 
Edit:  i see now that you don't want to oc or game.  In that case, why not just pick up a board with integrated graphics?  What do you want to use the computer for?

I’m using it for graphic work and fun, use more than one program at the time

Myself, I aiming for a E8200 & a GA-P35-DS3R... DDR2 & Raid but thats what I need...
 
Any P35 will work, but i have seen & heard a lot of recommendations for Gigabyte's series of boards
