Someone with a phenom could install this and do some benchmarks?

The patch came from asrock but I assume that it works with any mobo.
Anyway I don't expect spectacular results, but who knows

this thing seems to be for Windows XP, vista, 32 and 64 bit versions...

any thought?

EDIT:
Direct link (asrock global server: http://download.asrock.com/utility [...] P(103).zip

the download link is directly from asrock.com...
don't know however, if its a bios patch that runs under windows intended to be used on actual asrock mobos, or is a software patch.

I didn't run it. My guess that if it is legit it's just an EXE that updates the BIOS

I would like to know how Windows could even be able to either bypass the TLB or shut off the L3 cache. And wounder what would happen if it does just skip a TLB command. Maybe a error or a crash since it wont be able to complete the process?
