I just want to thank you so much for your quick and great response. I was on the phone with Dell for 3 hours and they could not fix the problem. They wanted me to do a PC Restore.

Thanks again,
Karen

I am having another problem My Disk Cleanup won't work now. Any solution for that?

Thanks, Karen

Right-Click "My Computer"
Select "Manage"
Expand "Event Viewer"
Click on "Application"
(may want to view this box in full-screen mode)
Click in the top bar of the event viewer "Source" (The list is "Type", "Date" , "Time", "Source", etc.)
There will be many red circles with a white "X" going through them at the top of the list.
You need to right-click each one of them and select "Properties" and see if in the description "Faulting Application cleanmgr.exe version.... (a lot of numbers and text)" is listed, or, try to run disk cleanup and after it fails come to event viewer and click the date column (your failed try at Disk Cleanup may be first on the list).
If so, write down everything it shows (so much for copy and paste.. it doesn't work here) and come back to this forum thread with the results.
