looks ati is going to be sticking with dual gpu's - they are selling a dual 2600xt it looks like?

Umm all I have to say is, WTF? Doesn't a 3870 beat two 2600XT's in CF? So they'd have to price this card in the $130 range for it to even do anything worth while.

For less money you can get an 8800GTS.

Yeah it's pretty damn crazy. I wonder what the performance on it is. If I had a lot of money to blow on random crap, I'd definitely buy it to see how it performs.

I think one came out about 6 months ago, never to be seen again (until now). That one only had GDDR2 though.

Seems pretty pointless. Better off saving for the 3870X2 or an 8800GT SLI.
