Here in Denmark, where i come from, the E8400 is totally sold out! if i order now i will get one in about two months time (yes, i know, it's pain). I figured that i have to order from some out of country retailers and since i'm not English then the community in here might be able to help me out?
If you could list as many English retailers that have/soon gets the E8400 in stock and can ship overseas (Denmark is not so far away ). That would be great!
Thanks! (i really hope that i can get one by the end of this month. . it's pain! pain i tell ye!!)
pain. . . . (suicide is the only real option)

i got my E8400 two weeks ago from Microcenter (www.microcenter.com) for $189 USD
Yea...Ive been eyeing that deal for a few days now.
Id love to buy it, but since I dont have enough saved up to buy a new mobo and ram, it would just be sitting in its box for at least a month....and I figure by the time I am ready to buy, the price of the CPU and X38 chipset may come down a bit more.

This might be a stupid question but does newegg ship to Denmark? I have no experiences with that company and i couldn't find any information about it on their website. Cnumartyr also mentioned something about trade restrictions which sounds a bit worrying.
Anyhow, i was really searching for some English stores that sell the E8400, as i told you the alternative is that i wait up to two months before i get one and my goal is just to get one at the end of february.
I ordered one from scan in the uk on feb the 3rd and it arrived on the 5th. Two people on another forum ordered one in january from the same place and they dont have one yet O.o
I checked microcenter and no longer see the E8400. Its gone up from $229 to $239 in the past day on newegg, and sold out.
Microcenter.com does not sell the E8400. However, the brick and mortar stores have carried a good supply of them. I got mine last week, they had 40 in stock on a Saturday. The price has been stable @ 189.99 + tax for the boxed version. They want you to buy the other components too, many of which since last week are on "sale" 20% off the regular retail store price. They do this kind of thing every February.
Hmm non of those sites had it in stock, well, overclockers had but it was really expensive! i mean, really expensive i think it was £165 whereas i can get it here in denmark for £120. Hmm. .
