Gecube x1950xt AGP Will not Work in a 4x Slot

This info is straight from Gecube Tech support.
The x1950xt agp will not work in a 4x slot !
The Card is 0.8volt only and does not switch to 1.5volt AGP 4x.
If You Put this card in a 4x Slot , You will Fry it.
I know 2 Persons who have already Fried this card.
Hence which is why i am Post here, because so many nit wits
say you can put an x1950xt in a 4x slot.
IT's 8x ONLY !!!!!!!!!
