How to enable disable hard drive

Hello,
I have Asus Eee netbook using XP. I had the false AV virus disable computer and reset to a prior registry date. As a consequence the hard drive is disabled and I cannot boot. No CD Rom or floppy or alternate boot available

Boot into the BIOS, and reset the defaults.

If that doesn't help, create a bootable flash drive. You can boot off that, and do a windows repair.
