Memory - Dual Channel DDR2 memory technology
- 4 x DDR2 DIMM slots
- Supports DDR2 800/667/533 non-ECC, un-buffered memory
- Max. capacity of system memory: 8GB*

*Due to the operating system limitation, the actual memory size may be less than 4GB for the reservation for system usage under Windows® XP and Windows® Vista™. For Windows® XP 64-bit and Windows® Vista™ 64-bit with 64-bit CPU, there is no such limitation.

1) has this system run for a long duration not OC'd? (is OC the issue here)
2) ever tested the memory with memtest?
3) what bios you running?

your temps are decent at least :) 40c @ 3GHZ is ok.

***edit***
Not that it is important as we all knew what you meant...
BTOD = ???? BSOD = Blue screen of death

Hi guys, ty for replies, i dont no what my ram is, its rubbish, how would i know if its a G0 Stepping? Oc is the issue here, before i had it at 3ghz, all fine, playing games, ran 3dmark06 with an improvment from 12500k to 14.7k. Then when I restarted, boom bsod, it said RCQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL or something like that. Im confused. Does the ram timing have something to do with it, how do i know what to set them to?

Cheers oh i have windows vista 64 bit

The ram will affect the overclock. Did you have the same ram when you had it overclocked to 3 ghz or is the ram new? Also did you stress test it when you had it overclocked to check for stabillity?

For the g0 stripping if it says SLACR at the end of the product code then its g0 stripping.

Hi and ty for helping, yes it is the G0 stepping version, Yes same ram, the system is practically brand new, built it a few days ago. No i didnt stress test it because i new it was unstable. It seems fine on games then when i go to restart the pc i get the BSOD saying the RCIL NOT LESS OR EQUAL ERROR. I really am stumped, been at this all day :(. will cry in the corner....
