What does directsearchframe createtbo_ie:access is denied mean?

Hello,
Whenever i access a web page, i get the following message from the "web page." I have to "X" it out before i can continue on the page.How do i get rid of it?When i DO, then i get "DirectSearchFrame.init:Unable to get value of the property "Get Reg": object is null or undefined." HOW DO I STOP THESE MESSAGESFROM APPEARING????

After i get this message, i close it.Then it says DirectSearchFrame.init:Unable to get value of the property 'Get Reg': object is null or undefined.
How do i get rid of these messages from my "web page?" When i "X" them out, all operates normally, but i still keep getting them, so are they meaningful?Should i care?
HELP!!!!
