I have just installed a new system config is here:
Core 2 Duo E8400
Asus P5E MOBO
Gigabyte 8800GTS 512mb
2 x 2GB Kit Corsair XMSC4 Kits = 4GB
Creative XFI Platinum Sound Card
2 x 320gb Seagate 7200.10 Sata HDD
2 x DVD RW
Now the error happens whenever I want to use ntune.
I get a bluescreen reboot after that.
How can I solve this problem guys?
I have done debug here it is:
An exception happened while executing a system service routine.

I have a p35 based board with an e8400 and a BFG 8800gts oc 512 and am running vista/64...I have the same BSOD problem when I click on the nvmoniter tab!! This is the first driver to support the new GTS card, so it may take a while to get it worked out at nvidia.
This thread is a little old but, I just got one after opening Ntune as well.
Funny thing is the only change is i swapped out a E2160 for a E3110.
So it seems for the 3 of us atleast it does not like 45nm Intel's. Because it worked fine with my 2160.
I have the same problem with a Q9300 and a 8800GTX on windows xp x64 edition. Runing Nvmonitor and a BSOD appear. And yet I have a Striker II Extreme based on a nvidia chipset...
Still having the problem sometimes. Did solve some of my issues, its much less often that this driver stops responding.
what i did was
1. uninstall all video drivers (off all 4 gpus, had to do each one by itself)
2. uninstalled any nvidia software in 'add/remove programs'
3. deleted nTune
4. reinstalled the latest greatest from invidia
now i can run "system information" and "NVmonitor (i think)" without it crashing.
But my more intense games are still crashing when i'm running quad SLi. temps peak around 160F. nvddmkm or whatever stops responding. depending on the game requires restart, or not.
