ok guys I need help. I ordered a new CPU which is the E8400. My current setup is e4400 and my Mobo is a Gigabyte P35-DS3R. I recently updated my bios to its latest version which is the F11, and I just recieved my new processor today, and I replaced it everything was fine, until I tried turning it on that is where the problem begins.

I turn on my computer , nothing posts, and also my comp just turns off , then few seconds later, it turns back on. I noticed when it does that, the fan would not spin until it was about to turn off, the fan starts spinning.

Can anyone please help me?

ok what you can do stranger is to reset the BIOS by either putting the jumper in the clear CMOS option or you just take the CMOS battery out and wait for 10 minutes
