i am reusing an antec truepwr trio 550watt to power the thing, a audigy2zs, and antec p180 to house the thing

ok heres my question.... im planning on getting the c2d 6750 since i know its compatible with

but is the motherboard compatible with the new c2d e8400 wolfdale and will i even have a noticeable difference between the e8400 and the e6750 considering the extra 40 bucks?
(i plan on overclocking with an arctic cooler freezer 7 pro in any case)

Looks OK. The mother board is compatible with the new CPUs 100% after a BIOS flash.

ive never done a bios flash before... what exactly is the procedure? like how can i flash the bios if my cpu isnt comaptible to begin with?
