I wrote to Sylvania about the problems I'm having with my SRZ3000.

While watching 720p programming the picture pauses briefly then
restarts to take the video out of sync (behind) with the audio. After
the video lags behind the audio by 5 seconds the channel resets and the
fun (sarcasm) repeats.

Sylvania suggested I contact Sears (where I bought it) and get a
software upgrade. Has anyone else had this done and, if so, how much
did it cost?
