8600 GTS in SLI or 8800 GT

I'm looking for information about Nvidia 8 Series...
I have a GeForce 8600 GTS from ASUS.
I would like to have your opinion on what would give me the est performance?
a second 8600 GTS in SLI ? -> my motherboard is an M2n-SLI Premium
or a 8800GT?

What do you think??

Definitely the 8800GT.

It's because currently the 8600GTS doesn't seem worth it.

The Radeon 3850 is a lot faster compared to the 8600GTS, but the 8800GT is even faster compared to the Radeon 3870.

So I'd assume even on SLI, a single 8800GT will easily beat the 8600GTS.

8800GT. Don't bother with the 8600 if you care about performance.
