motherboard problem

hello, when i start PC, i get warning that my p5kc runs on 50 degrees.when i started my pc today, it often freezes.i have core 2 duo 8400, gf 8800 gts, a-data ram, maxtor HDD.i have no other notifications, pnly that mainboard temperature.what to do?

Try removing and reseating the CPU fan.

if the waring is about motherboard temp, it mean the northbridge may has cooling problem, you need to check the northbridge heatsink.
