What RAM for OCing e8400?

I want to overclock my e8400 to ~4.0ghz. I have a gigabyte d3sl motherboard, and want 4gb of ram. What should I get for around ~100 thanks.

something like that would be fine. You will only need to push them to 890Mhz for a 4Ghz 1:1 ratio.
