which memory to overclock?

I've been waiting for the Q9550 price to drop so that I can build a new system but i've been doing alot of rethinking about the components, My plan is to build:

Q9550
Asus Rampage Formula
Corsair 4Gb (2Gb x 2) DDR2 800 TWIN2X4096-6400C5 or GSkill 4Gb (2Gb x 2) DDR2 1066 F2-8500CL5D-4GBPK
Radeon HD4870
PC Power & Cooling S75QB 750W ATX12V / EPS12V Power Supply
Antec 900 case

Which memory module corsair vs. gskill would be more advantageous in terms of overclocking? also anyone have any suggestion for a heatsink/fan for the cpu? thanks in advance

Q9550 is too much pricey i think i would go with Q9450 and save 200$$ and squeeze it a little
