Toshiba sometimes see's wireless and sometime it doesn't

Hello,

Sometimes my computers shows a wireless conection and sometimes not. i don't get it, yes i have the switch on, when i had this happen before someone said my computer doesn't show i have wireless, but i do. I don't get it.
