I already have a Seagate Barracuda 7200.11 3.5IN 500GB SATA2 8.5MS 7200RPM 32MB Cache NCQ Hard Drive OEM and I am think to add to my PC (Gigabyte X48-DS4 ATX LGA775 X48 DDR2 2PCI-E 2PCI SATA2 RAID Sound 2GLAN 1394 CrossFireX Motherboard) a new harddrive.

I think to buy : Western Digital Caviar Black WD1001FALS 1TB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive - OEM.

What do you think? I have read many review and a lot of "lower" price hard drive haven't got good rating, but this one seem to be a winner. I would like to have your advice.

Thank you

Splendid
That WD Black drive is one that I am intending to buy for my next computer, so that should tell you what I think of it. In a similar sense of what you are doing, I prefer to have the OS on a smaller drive and a large drive for data. That way the data gets protected when and if I eventually need to reinstall the OS.
