Why Has my HD rating dropped in Windows Assessment.

My HD rating dropped from 5.9 to 5.2? Why would this happen? I'm just curious as this is now the limiting factor on my system.

What hard drive is it?

How full is it?

It's a seagate 7000.11 250 GB with about 130Gb on it.

That's odd. That drive, while not incredibly fast, should be faster than 5.2. Is write caching enabled? Also, if you retest, does it stay at 5.2?
