HI ...

Take a look at this mother board...
Gigabyte GA P31-DS3L P31 (solid cap*)

here is a sample review and some pictures on this motherboard..

http://www.overclockersclub.com/reviews/gigabyte_gap31ds3l/

I want to pair it with an Intel E4800 core2 duo

I want to know if this board is good for overclocking, gaming, ripping, and energy sufficient...

Hello and welcome to the forums mate :)

If u want to OC then dont go for P31, go for a P35 board like :
ASUS P5K-E WIFI
ASUS P5K
GIGABYTE P35 DS3R
GIGABYTE P35 DS3L
ABIT IP35 PRO

All of these boards are solid and good for OC'ng

But those motherboards cost like 150 dollars and i think its too expensive already... im looking forward to building a computer that is cheap yet performance is really excellent in terms of extreme gaming and overclocking...

a budget board and overclocking do not mix, its one or the other. if you compromise it will leave both unfulfilled, so make a choice

MSI P35 Neo2 is a good budget overclocking board in my opinion. My friends happy with it - although do remember if you want good overclocking performance you don't want to skimp on the main part :).

Otherwise the Gigabyte P35 DS3L is a very good board.

Agreed. The bolded ones are my personal choices.
