Hi,

I've been having some connection trouble with my TP-Link WN951N wirleless pci card. I cant find any networks, one in particular event though i have a laptop connected with full signal right next to the desktop.
i thought it might have been a compatability problem but both cards are 802.11n

I'd try reinstalling the card -- though no signal from anywhere might suggest product failure.

bring the router next to the machine, it doesnt need to be connected to the internet, just see if it can find it when its close to it.

if you know all the settings, have you tried manually adding it to the known wireless list?

could the problem be that the network is unsecured? i know the card boasts security etc. could there be an inbuilt thing stopping me from connecting to an unsecured network?
