I have a Tungsten T that I generally synch with my PC. I haven't been able
to synch it for the past couple of days UNLESS I reboot the PC. I only get
one shot, and I have to reboot everytime I want to synch.

How many other USB devices are defined on the PC?
Once upon a time, I could sync an m125 and a Zire to my XP PC anytime, but after
using a USB<->serial adapter, a USB SD card reader, several different USB memory
"sticks", a USB mouse, and a USB scanner, the PC only recognizes the devices
that are present at boot.
I suspect that I could delete the drivers for the units I use infrequently and
the PC would work as expected. On the other hand, the PC does have all the
Microsoft updates, so who knows what may be broken?
Deleting all the USB device drivers and installing a USB hub for connecting
things might also work (reloading the drivers as needed after adding the hub).
