what if i OC, will i have probs, with this match?

It will work fine, that ram can get pretty high, my kit worked up to about 1100MHz with the voltage at 2.25v, so you can overclock the CPU pretty far. As for the CPU and motherboard, it is supported according to the GigaByte website's CPU support list for the mobo.
