Need vista 32 install disk have install codes

My laptop hard drive crashed catastrophically... can't be made bootable. only spins occasionally..

I have now installed a new HD, but the computer did not come with an actual Vista installation disk. I have
the installation security codes, but require an installation disk. Is that available anywhere? Microsoft appears not
to support Vista much if at all.
