For Noobs. Do you need very low budget gaming rig, but dont know what?

Is this your first time building a rig? but you want it to be a powerful gaming rig at a very low price (under $900), but you having trouble choosing hardware. I have customize 2 configurations under very low price, for those noobs that are under very low budget, but are having hard time configuring a low budget gaming rig, frighting that it wont be compatible, or have no idea how to configure a powerful rig under $850 with right hardware, or final price goes over budget, and leaving you with no extra money for video card. These two are very powerful rigs. The E8400 performs better in gaming than a Q6600, and overclocks over 4.0 at a lower price. The E8200 performs very close to a E6850 at a very low price, and over clocks very well.
