Hello,
My computer with Windows XP won't play videos from my Samsung digital camcorder. When I try to import them with Windows Movie Maker, I get a message saying the required codec isn't installed on my computer.I am trying to figure out how to get the proprt codec.

I would assume your digital camcorder would have software which includes the codec that you can install into your computer.
