Why does my hard disk give a loud vibrating noise?It started after i changed my user name

I can't imagine the change of the user name having any effect on the vibration of your system. Are you sure it is the hard drive and not a fan within the computer? I've also seen instances where the CD/DVD is off balance, causing system vibration.

If the hard drive is indeed the culprit, I recommend backing up your data and have it tested. If in doubt, replace it before you lose your data.
