SSD Benchmarks

I will have to perform some testing on SSD drives for the project, so I decided to use IOmeter for that. Most of the articles describe different kinds of benchmarks such as: Fileserver-Benchmark, Server-Benchmark, Workstation-Benchmark, etc. I am very interested in finding out how to emulate these benchmarks or where to get them from. Any information about that would be highly appreciated.
