I know my local TW cable doesn't, wondering who picked these up, when
Voom disappeared, or what other service offers them. I've seen the HD
logo on MSax for some of thier movies, but who shows them?

Comcast in Massachusetts carries everything you listed except TCM.
They so have TVT and Discover HD though.

If you mean satellite, I think Dish picked up the Voom channels. I have
Directv satellite. Directv has Starz, 10 HD channels, and probably Max and
TMC. Check out directv.com to confirm.
