I need to connect a PC using an ethernet cable to a bridging device, which will then connect to a university's AP, giving the PC access to the university network system.
The wireless connection requires WPA2, PEAP, and MS-CHAPv2 authentication. The bridge device also needs SMA antenna connector(s) for external directional antenna(s) that are mounted on the roof of the structure pointed at the AP (quite far away). Because the equipment is locked inside a metal, ventilated, steel cabinet, the antenna connectors are required.
I had some Hawking g bridges that worked perfectly, but then the university upgraded their wireless!
I'm having a hard time finding a device that has WPA2, PEAP, MS-CHAPv2 and external antenna connectors all actually stated in their specs...anyone know of some devices meeting these requirements?
Thanks in advance!
