The only 2x PCIe-16 micro-ATX setup out there that I know of is the Shuttle SX38P2-Pro but its Crossfire... and an Intel board... and its not the case that you want... and its $430.
Have you considered one of the new AMD 780G chipset boards from Asus or Gigabyte?
I'm sure the AMD chipset would play nice with the Nvidia video card. If you really are concerned, perhaps you should wait another 1-1/2 months for Nvidia's answer to the 780G: the 8300/8200/8100 motherboards.
I just bought the Gigabyte motherboard. Lolz. So what you are saying is that the mobo chipset will SLI with my 8800gt? I think that is how it works. Nevertheless, I can always buy a new mobo and sell my old one.
I also read that my video card won't support hybrid Sli.

The Gigabyte 780G really is best in its class. IMHO its the best micro-ATX board out there. I kind of wish that I had waited for it to come out, but I settled for the Gigabyte 690G. Good luck with your build.
When you are ready to retire the board you just bought, it would make a fine HTPC build. You may want to hang on to it.
Yeah. I looked at a youtube video of the AMD 780g chipset that was wayyyyy over exaggerated, but it still caught my attention. I think that the chipset is pretty good and and for the price you cant beat it. It should go nice my my raptorX. Thanks for your help.
