Hi guys, im having a huge problem and its annoying, heres my spec

Q6600 at 3.0ghz 333fsb x 9
6GB DDR2 800 AT 333 X2 - CHEAP RAM FROM EBAY
9800 GX2
300GB SATA 2
VISTA 64
ASROCK PENRYN1600 - DB110 650I SLI
750w corsair psu

Basically, i have tried overclocking my pc from stock, i have tried anything between 2.5ghz - 3.2ghz and i keep getting FATAL ERRORS in prime 95 after about 20 minutes. I have tried playing with my ram timings but i dont know what they should be as it is cheap ram and it doesnt list anything in cpu-id. I have boosted all my voltages to past comfortable but still same error.

Please can you guys help me out. I dont know what to do, I cant overclock my gpu until i can sort this out.

Thanks people

Unfortunately, the 650i chipset doesn't do well for OCing quad cores. I'd go for a new MB with a more overclock-friendly chipset -- look at better-quality brands such as Gigabyte.
Also, if you haven't yet, run memtest86+ with the system under default settings (not overclocked); if you get any errors there, return the RAM for refund/replacement.

What motherboard is best for the q6600 overclocking. Ran memtest, no errors found at stock. Ram is fine , everytime i oc i run prime95 and get error on a single thread after about 20 mins :(, really had it with this pc, going to throw it out the window or possible run it over with my car.... havnt decided yet.
