Calling up bios from dos

Just created a Bootable USB and got into my DELL with DOS.
Problem is I don't know how to call up the latest BIOS A08.
I have the latest BIOS from DELL but how do I get DOS to read it?

The place where you downloaded the BIOS file will have instructions on how to use that file.
