HELP: ip43 or ip45?

Hi,

I want to buy an new motherboard fo my Core2Duo E7200. Thing is I have to choose between theese three motherboards (my budget is lvery limited)...I can only choose between theese models:


1. -.MB Gigabyte GA-EP43-DS3L, Intel P43, LGA775, FSB 1600(O.C.),
ATX, 1xPCI-E2.0 x16, 4xPCI-E x1, 2xPCI, 4xDual DDR2-1200(O.C.),
6xS-ATAII, 1xATA133, SB 8ch, GBLan, 8xUSB2.0 - 82 EUROs

2. - MB Gigabyte GA-EP43-DS3, Intel P43, LGA775, FSB 1600(O.C.),
ATX, 1xPCI-E2.0 x16, 1xPCI-E x4, 1xPCI-E x1, 4xPCI, 4xDual DDR2-1200(O.C.),
6xS-ATAII, 1xATA133, SB 8ch, GBLan - 92 EUROs

3. - MB Gigabyte GA-EP45-DS3, Intel P45, LGA775, FSB 1600,
ATX, 1x PCI-E x16, 1xPCI-E x8, 3xPCI-E x1, 2xPCI, 4xDual DDR2-1200,
1xATA133, 6xS-ATAII, SB 8ch, Dual GBLan, 8xUSB2.0 - 110 EUROs

The first two motherboards have the same P43 chipset, the difference is that the second one has two PCI extra slots and an extra PCIe x16...are they delivering the same performance? As for the third one....is there a big difference between P43 and P45 chipsets? I's gaming PC and I'm willing to overclock. I just can't flush down the toilet extra money.

The P45 will OC better. Make sure you get that 4850 also.
