Installer_mis_win mis - notepad

Where does this insiidious installer come from? I recall downloading an updated MoBo drivr for my MSI Diamond MoBo a few months ago. It appears as a notepad file shortly after log-on an especially afterf lauchng my inter browser. I can not eliviate or locate it in system files or startup file.

Any body know whats happening?

Delete your temporary internet files, cookies etc, or do a disk cleanup and see if it goes away. Something in temp may be triggering it.
