The thing is i can't backup normally with windows because I can't even access windows because it's corrupted. So I'm thinking if I could move the info I need to another computer with the HDD (the one that's corrupted) The thing is.. will it ask me to format it? cause I need all the info that's on there. So could I move it without it asking to format it? thanks

Sure.
Plan A:
If it is an IDE drive, set the appropriate master-slave jumpers, open up the side of another computer, plug a ribbon cable and power plug in and copy everything except the Windows directory to another drive. If a SATA drive, follow the same basic instructions.

Plan B: Plug the drive in a USB enclosure and copy the contents to another computer.
