How to install nvidia geforce gt240m in win xp pro

I purchased a laptop Fujitsu PI 3560 with WIN7 64 bit preintalled but because WIN 7 was not accepting to install various programs in which I was familiar to work (WINFAX, OUTLOOK EXPRESS etc) I was oblised to format the disk and install WIN XP PRO. All works fine and drivers installed correctry EXCEPT the grafics adaptor NVIDIA GEFORc GT 240M which is not recognized and cannot be intalled in OS WIN XP PRO so the laptop uses a generic VGA driver with bad resolution and very lowvideo acceleration.
Does any one have any idea of how can instal VIDIA GEFORc GT 240M in WIN XP PRO?
