OK, I've been out of the computer building scene for a while, so I thought I'd come here to get a few things clarified. First off, here is my panned build:

Graphics Integrated on MB

Ok, first off I should mention that this is for a LOW POWER HTPC/TV computer. For gaming I use the comp in my sig. I would have used that system for this (since they will be sitting next to each other), however it draws 400W under load! Now that I have to pay for electricity, that's not acceptable to be on for anything but gaming. (This comp should idle around 60W, 120W Max!)

Anyway, back to my original question:

What is the deal with DDR2 and command rate? I remember for DDR you could set it to 1T for two sticks, but what about for 2 sticks of DDR2? I'm really cautious about this since when I had 4 sticks of DDR and set it to 1T command rate it partially fried my MB.

Also, I remember when DDR2 first came out everyone said it was slower. At higher speeds like 800MHz, it stomps the old DDR400, right?

Thanks for reading all this. Normally I just research this on my own, but I'm feeling kind of lazy right now. My impression is that you can only use 2T command rate with DDR2.
