Get the Retail version of the optical drive so you'll get all the software, including the decoder which you will need to watch movies on it.
Antec PSUs are said to be good quality (I personally don't like them), but 380W seems a little weak for that system especially if you plan to overclock at all. It will run it, but leave little to no wiggle room or allowance for capacitor aging. I'd suggest a 450W-500W model. Choose one from Tier-3 or better from the list at http://www.tomswiki.com/page/Tiere [...] gs?t=anon.

There is ALWAYS a drone. Exactly where, or how many drones you will encounter may vary, but that there will be at least one will not.

I agree with jtt283 to upgrade the PSU, although I like Antec's PSU. Go with 500w to 550w, the Antec Neo HE 500 and 550 are both nice PSU

agree on the psu choice of g-paw.
i personally like Corsair XMS2 Xtreme Performance 4GB (2x2GB kit) ram and its decently priced at 130 usd.
i would also use 2 hdd's to seperate OS from other programs

That PSU is more than sufficient for your system. You need 19-21 amps on the 12v rails. Here are some ratings of power supplies:
