I go through boot ups continuly. 95% of the time, there is no boot up, just clicking. then sometimes the hdd will click, click,click then run the windows xp and start. After I turn off the computer and re boot up, I go through this same problems. How can I fix or repair this problem.

For clicking hard drives, there are two possible causes:

1. Mechanical malfunction: You can fix the clicking hard drives with this problem(damaged Head-Stack or PCB) by replacing the damaged parts;

2. Firmware Corruption: to this problem, you should use prfessional data recovery software to fix it.
