Lost flash on vista 32 bit

Hello,
I recently lost the ability to use flash. All of a sudden when I launch a flash program (specifically flash media I get a blank screen)
Can anybody help!

What AV product are you using and is it blocking the FLASH player ?

It wasn't my av product .......All I had to do was update Firefox~~~~Mozilla !For anyone having the same problem try updating first!
